The distributor is authorised by the IFSRA

The investment adviser is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority and authorised by the IFSRA

The fund is listed on the Irish Stock Exchange

All the shareholders have full voting rights

There are no common directorships between InvestmentPlus, the administrators, custodians, lawyers or accountants

All monthly valuations are conducted by the independent actuary which provides reassurance of accuracy and transparency of share price

The Independent actuary is directly accountable to EGF shareholders and not the promoters or fund manager

The majority of the board are independent with senior positions in commerce and international financial services

 

Shares in the Endowment Growth Fund (EGF) are single priced with no bid/offer spread. Class A shares are offered in GBP and class B shares are offered in GBP, USD or EUR. Returns may be affected by fluctuations in currency exchange rates. The valuation date is the 15th of each month. Class A share prices appear under InvestmentPlus plc in the FT Managed Funds Service. The figures illustrated refer to past performance and are not an indicator of future returns. The value of shares may fall or rise each month, this means that your capital is at risk when investing in EGF. This investment should be regarded as medium to long term in nature. If you withdraw from this investment in the first 5 years, exit penalties may be applied.  It is only suitable for professional investors who understand the risks involved and investment should not be made prior to reading the prospectus.
