How to Invest Directly

It is easy to invest directly in the Endowment Growth Fund:

 

  • Simply decide with your client, how much to invest and in which share class.

  • Transfer funds to the Custodian Account specified on the application form.
  • Trinity Fund Administration will contact you to conduct Money Laundering checks. These are based on international anti money laundering regulations. The documents required vary depending on the type of investor (individual, limited company, trust or public company).
  • The application will be processed and shares in EGF purchased at the next available dealing date. The share price applied will be the price as at that dealing date.
  • Please note, dealing is on 15th of each month and applications, funds and money laundering identification must be received no later than 12 noon, 2 working days before dealing.
  • Once dealing has been completed, Trinity Fund Administrators will send a contract note for your client. Please make sure they keep this safe as it confirms the number of shares they hold in EGF.

Class A share prices appear under InvestmentPlus plc in the FT Managed Funds Service. The value of shares may fall or rise each month, this means that your capital is at risk when investing in EGF.
