Tom Hardiman - Chairman

Tom Hardiman

Tom brings over 30 years of experience at the highest levels of international commerce. His previous appointments include a directorship at the Bank of Ireland and presidencies of the Confederation of Irish Industry, the Marketing Institute of Ireland and the International Institute of Communications. He has also been Chairman of IBM International Treasury Services Company since 1990.

Tom is currently Supervisory Board Member of the EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation, Tokyo; Member of the EU Japan Business Dialogue Round Table, Rapporteur on Japan in UNICE, Brussels; and Chairman of the Asia Forum in the Irish Business and Employers' Confederation.

He was decorated with the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Star, by the Emperor of Japan in April 1986.
